Solution: YG designed a trailer-mounted mist cannon with a spray distance of 100 meters and a spray flow rate of 12 m³/h. The chassis can be quickly towed by forklift to different unloading ports, and automatic spraying is achieved through a remote control system.
Project Results: After the equipment was put into use, the dust index during unloading periods decreased by more than 35%, and the amount of visible suspended dust in the work area was significantly reduced.
